Orders without embroidery are shipped out the next working day.

No ship out on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Returns

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, except for embroidered products.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Buyer covers 2-way shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
